Sandblasting & Powder Coating motorcycle wheels and parts

We have found ourselves carrying out more and more refurbishment work on car and motorcycle wheels and parts. Typically a customer will pop in with the wheels already stripped and ready to process. We will blast them clean, put them in an oven to release any built-up gas before applying a primer and stoving the primer onto the wheel. After that we coat the wheel in the powder selected by the customer, bake this in the oven before applying a powder lacquer which again will be stoved. All of these processes ensure not only a great finish to the wheels but also a good protection against stone chippings etc.
